Terms of Service for Free Use of the KAT-Coder-Air
Welcome to the KAT-Coder-Air V1 model! This is an Agentic Coding model designed specifically to optimize your coding workflow.
To ensure fair allocation of computing resources and service stability, the following rules apply to the use of this model.
1. Eligible Users
These terms apply to all users (hereinafter referred to as "you") who register through StreamLake and use the KAT-Coder-Air V1 model.
2. Usage Limits
- Off-Peak Hours: 02:00-08:00
- You can make 200 conversation requests every 6 hours. If you exceed this limit, you may experience longer queue times or stricter rate limits. We encourage you to use the KAT-Coder-Air V1 model during off-peak hours for a better experience.
- Peak Hours: 08:00-02:00 (the next day)
- You can make 120 conversation requests every 6 hours. During this period, requests to KAT-Coder-Air V1 may be assigned a lower priority. You may experience longer queue times or stricter rate limits.
All times are based on Beijing Time (UTC+8).
3. Fair Use and Security Policy
- Prohibition of Abuse: The use of automated scripts for quota farming, stress testing, or any abnormal use that may interfere with the normal operation of this model or harm the rights and interests of other users is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of Training Competing Models: You are strictly forbidden from using any output from this model (including generated code, explanations, or solutions) to train, fine-tune, or improve any other (competing) artificial intelligence model.
- Prohibition of Malicious Code Generation: You are strictly forbidden from using this model to generate, debug, or optimize any form of malware, viruses, ransomware, or code intended for cyberattacks.
- Prohibition of High-Risk Use: The free version of the model must not be used for any "mission-critical" or "high-risk" systems, including but not limited to medical devices, air traffic control, weapon systems, or core decision-making systems for financial transactions. You shall assume all consequences and risks arising therefrom.
4. Intellectual Property and Data Privacy
- Your Code:
- We will not use the private code you submit through the KAT-Coder-Air V1 model for model training.
- Generated Code:
- You own the rights to the code generated by this model and may use it for any lawful and compliant purpose (including commercial purposes), provided you adhere to these rules and this model's license.
- Assignment of Responsibility: AI-generated code may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or infringe upon third-party open-source licenses (OSS License). You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring the security, compliance, and functionality of the output code.
5. Disclaimer
You understand and acknowledge that all code generated by this model is not reviewed by humans and may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or logical flaws. You must not deploy it to any production environment without a rigorous and comprehensive manual review and validation with a complete test suite. You shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of or reliance on the code generated by this model.

7. Changes to the Rules
StreamLake and KwaiKAT reserve the right to adjust (including but not limited to peak/off-peak hours, TPM/RPM/total quotas) or terminate this free plan at any time based on operational costs, server load, and instances of abuse.
